王远鹏,男,汉族,1987年12月生,博士研究生,讲师。2018年3月来校任教,主要研究方向为现代食品检测技术与食品安全。沈阳市高层次人才(D类)。为本科生讲授《食品分析》《仪器分析》《物性学与无损检测》《食品安全监督管理》等课程。副主编专著1部。指导省级老员工创新创业项目各1项。

主持辽宁省教育厅基本科研项目(一般项目)1项。在Analytical Chemistry,Analytica Chimica Acta,Journal of Chromatography A,Talanta,Journal of Food Composition and Analysis等学术杂志发表论文10余篇,授权发明专利2项。
