
边媛媛,女,讲师,博士,沈阳市高级人才,主要从事谷物健康食品营养与创制方面研究,擅长细胞功能性评价。主持辽宁省教育厅自然科学项目1项,参与国家自然基金2项,参与科技特派项目3项。指导本科生获得国家级创新创业项目1项,参加省级食品创新大赛获得省级一等奖2次,二等奖1次,三等奖2次。
